Piano Tuning
We have been in business for six years. We service most types of pianos: console, upright, and grand pianos. It doesn't matter if it's a Steinway Grand or a Console with no name, we treat each piano as our own.

The more you take care and schedule regular tunings, the greater the longevity of the instrument. Think of your piano like a car; cars need regular oil changes and checkups. If you let them go there is a greater chance of deterioration over time.

Piano Cleaning
Over time dust builds up on the soundboard, beneath the keys, and on the strings of pianos. We recommend that you schedule a cleaning every 5-10 years. This service entails cleaning the soundboard, vacuuming the inside of the piano, and getting any items out of the piano that have fallen inside. (Pencils and pens are a popular choice!)

Hammer Reshaping and Voicing
Voicing is the delicate process of refining the tone of the piano. Most pianos can be voiced to sound mellow, warm, bright, or harsh. Every instrument has a limit, and we would be happy to talk about your needs.

Testimonials

“Kevin Klemm just tuned my (very old) full upright piano today with professionalism and honesty. He takes the time to explain your instrument; including any strengths, issues, or upcoming maintenance that may be needed. He will be my go-to tuner for my piano studio, and he should be yours as well! Thank you, Kevin!” - Joe Harkins, Professional Pianist and Teacher

“Kevin tuned our rehearsal piano. The church choir will benefit weekly. He did a great job! He’s now got the job at the church.” - Don Hofer, Worship Arts Director, Corona Presbyterian Church

Rates for a Basic Service Call
We charge $240 for a piano close to pitch and $340 for pianos not close to pitch.
Most tuners rush and head to the next appointment; we are there to create a connection and give you great service in the process.

Action Regulation
Got a sticking key? Over the years, parts become loose, break, or need adjusted. Piano regulation adjusts the piano to factory specs and will make it play and feel new again.

In 2021 and 2022, Kevin attended the Piano Technicians Guild Convention. Continued education is critical to becoming a great piano technician. We aim to be the best in the state.
